4. How to Submit a Refund Request

  1. Send an email to support@ai-photogenerator.org with the subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Provide: full name, PicPhoto account email, order ID (or invoice number), purchase date, payment method’s last four digits, and reason for the request.
  3. Attach supporting evidence (errors, duplicate receipts, regulator notices). For technical bugs, include timestamps, prompt IDs, and browser/OS details.
  4. We acknowledge and deliver a final decision (with email reply) within three business days; we may request clarifying details to complete the review.
  5. Once approved, funds are released immediately; banks usually post the credit within 5–10 business days depending on region and card network rules.
