PicPhoto Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how PicPhoto handles subscription, add-on credit, and one-time purchases made directly on ai-photogenerator.org. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope & Eligibility
- Applies to subscriptions, add-on credits, and annual prepayments purchased from PicPhoto with a valid receipt.
- Requests must come from the account owner or the billing contact on the invoice.
- Orders placed via third parties (App Store, Google Play, marketplaces, or channel partners) must follow that platform’s own refund workflow.
2. Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- If the Service does not meet your expectations, email support@ai-photogenerator.org within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
- Include the subject line “Refund Request”, plus your order ID, account email, plan name, purchase amount, and a short explanation.
- We confirm receipt and provide a decision (with an email reply) within three (3) business days.
- Approved refunds are prorated: we subtract the list-price value of any credits or services you already consumed and return the unused balance to the original payment method.
- Credits granted during free trials or promotions have no cash value and are excluded from refund calculations.
3. Technical Failures, Duplicate Charges & Compliance Obligations
- Outside the seven-day window, we still honor refunds when you document a verified technical outage, duplicate/unauthorized charge, or formal compliance requirement (e.g., marketplace takedowns or GDPR/CCPA withdrawal demands).
- Share evidence such as error logs, screenshots, marketplace notices, or bank statements. We may request additional diagnostics to reproduce the issue.
- Once verified, we either restore service promptly or process a prorated refund using the same unused-credit calculation described above.
4. How to Submit a Refund Request
- Send an email to support@ai-photogenerator.org with the subject “Refund Request”.
- Provide: full name, PicPhoto account email, order ID (or invoice number), purchase date, payment method’s last four digits, and reason for the request.
- Attach supporting evidence (errors, duplicate receipts, regulator notices). For technical bugs, include timestamps, prompt IDs, and browser/OS details.
- We acknowledge and deliver a final decision (with email reply) within three business days; we may request clarifying details to complete the review.
- Once approved, funds are released immediately; banks usually post the credit within 5–10 business days depending on region and card network rules.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Purchases older than seven days without a documented technical, billing, or compliance issue.
- Accounts that already consumed all purchased credits or where usage exceeded the prorated refund amount.
- Abuse, chargebacks filed before contacting PicPhoto, or violations of the Acceptable Use section of the Terms of Service.
- Orders fulfilled by third parties; please contact the original reseller instead.
