HD/4K single downloads and HD ZIPs cost 1 credit per image each time you download, even for the same photo. Insufficient balance stops the download; if a transfer fails or the connection drops, any held credits are fully returned automatically.
How fast is the remover?
Most images finish in about one second thanks to edge compute. Very large files or complex hair may take 2–3 seconds.
What file size works best?
Images under 12MB give the smoothest instant preview. You can still upload larger files, but HD export may take longer.
