What happens if I run out of credits—or don’t use them all?
When you hit zero credits you can either upgrade, buy an add-on pack, or wait for the next renewal. Unused credits stay active until your billing cycle ends; annual plans receive the full allotment upfront so you can draw down at your own pace.
Can I change or pause my plan at any time?
PicPhoto doesn't yet support instant in-app upgrades. To change tiers, open the Manage Billing link on the Orders page (Creem portal) and cancel auto-renew, then purchase the new plan once the current cycle ends. This keeps your existing credits active until expiration and avoids unexpected prorations.
What payment methods and invoices do you support?
We process cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit, and major wallets through our payment provider. Need a tax invoice or VAT/GST number? Reply to your receipt and our billing team sends a PDF within two business days.
Do you offer enterprise compliance or custom terms?
Large brands can request custom agreements covering data residency, DPA/GDPR clauses, or SOC 2 evidence. Contact support@ai-photogenerator.org with subject “Enterprise Plan” and include your required documents.
What is your refund policy?
Subscriptions include a seven (7) day satisfaction guarantee; custom credit packs are non-refundable. Email support@ai-photogenerator.org and we’ll prorate refunds based on unused credits or remaining service time. Credits already consumed are deducted, and once the window expires the fee becomes nonrefundable unless local law requires otherwise.
Do custom credit packs expire or qualify for refunds?
Custom credit packs are one-time add-ons for subscribers. They expire 30 days after purchase and are non-refundable once purchased, so please buy only what you need.
How do I submit a refund request?
Send an email titled “Refund Request” that lists your order ID, account email, plan, purchase amount, and short explanation. We acknowledge within two business days, deliver a decision within five business days, and send approved refunds back to the original payment method. Banks typically post the credit within 5–10 business days.
What if there’s a technical failure, duplicate charge, or compliance takedown?
Documented platform errors, duplicate payments, or legally required takedowns qualify for the same prorated refunds even after day seven. Attach logs, screenshots, or regulator notices so we can verify the issue quickly.
Can I refund used credits?
GPU time already consumed cannot be reinstated. We only refund the unused portion of your plan or credit pack, so it’s best to pause large batches until you’re sure you want to keep the subscription.
How are background remover HD downloads charged and refunded?
HD/4K single downloads and HD ZIPs cost 1 credit per image each time you download, even for the same photo. We check your balance before starting; if there aren’t enough credits, the download won’t start. If a download or HD ZIP fails mid-transfer (including network drop or server error), any held credits are fully returned automatically.
